INGREDIENTS: |

1 cup water
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 clove minced garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 lb thinly sliced tri-tip or flank steak
Serves 6 - 8 |
DIRECTIONS: |

Mix the first 7 ingredients. |

Slice beef into thin slices. |

3. |
Place beef into sauce. |
|
4. |
Soak beef for 10-24 hours. |
|
5. |
Grill beef to taste. |
