Teriyaki Beef

INGREDIENTS:
  1 cup water
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 clove minced garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 lb thinly sliced tri-tip or flank steak

Serves 6 - 8

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix the first 7 ingredients.
2. Slice beef into thin slices.
3. Place beef into sauce.
4. Soak beef for 10-24 hours.
5. Grill beef to taste.
