4 steaks
1 stick butter
2 teaspoon season salt
2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon meat tenderizer
1 small onion
1 small green pepper |
DIRECTIONS: |

Oven 350 degrees. |

Cut onion into rings. Slice green pepper, season meat with season
salt, pepper, garlic and tenderizer. |

Place in fry pan with butter. Cook 10 minutes on both sides. |

Place onion, green pepper in pan. Cook until tender. |
|
5. |
Serve sauce as gravy or dip for bread.
