Pineapple-Barbecued Lamb Spare Ribs |
INGREDIENTS: |

3 lbs lamb spare ribs
1 can crushed pineapple (8 oz)
1/4 cup vinegar
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ginger |
DIRECTIONS: |

Place spare ribs on oven rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake at 325
degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |

Drain off drippings. |
|
3. |
Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour over lamb. |
|
4. |
Bake 45 minutes, frequently basting lamb with pineapple mixture. |
