Mark's
simple, savory shrimp on the grill |
INGREDIENTS: |

4-6 bamboo kabob skewers
1lb raw shrimp, peeled
4 tablespoons melted butter or Olive oil
Old Bay seasoning to taste |
DIRECTIONS: |

1. |
Peel shrimp and place on skewers, not touching |
|
2. |
Place on hot grill.
(I use a grill basket that works great to flip them all at once. Be
ready to turn, they do not take long to cook.) |

3. |
Brush with butter or Olive oil |
|
4. |
Sprinkle on Old Bay seasoning as desired (I like a lot) |

5. |
Cook for 1-2 minutes and flip |
|
6. |
Brush this side with butter or Olive oil |
|
7. |
Sprinkle this side with Old Bay seasoning as desired |
|
8. |
Remove when shrimp are cooked (pink). DO NOT overcook or they will
become tough. |
