Marinated Beef Kabobs

INGREDIENTS:
  1 lb. sirloin steak or beef tenderloin
1/2 cup salad oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Garlic powder
1 tablespoon sugar
Cherry tomatoes
Fresh mushrooms
Onions

Serves 2 - 4

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut meat into 1 inch cubes. Place in shallow container.
2. Combine salad oil, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder and sugar; pour over meat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
3. Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers.
4. Grill over medium-hot coals until meat reaches desired doneness, basting frequently with marinade.
