Hawaiian Boneless Chicken Breast

INGREDIENTS:
  4-6 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine in a saucepan all ingredients except chicken. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Let cool.
2. Place chicken in shallow dish and pour remaining ingredients over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or more.
3. Remove chicken from sauce and cook on grill for 20 minutes. Baste while cooking.
