Ham Slices With Spinach

INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg. (10 ounce) frozen chopped spinach
1 small stalk celery, finely chopped
1 can (4 ounce.) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
2 tablespoon chopped onion
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
2 fully cooked smoked ham slices
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Horseradish Sauce:
Beat 1/2 cup chilled whipping cream in chilled bowl until stiff. Fold in 3 tablespoons well-drained prepared horseradish and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook spinach as directed on package; drain.
2. Cook and stir celery, mushrooms and onion in oil until celery is tender. Stir in spinach, salt and pepper.
3. Place 1 ham slice in ungreased shallow baking dish making diagonal cuts along hams edges. (This keeps meat from curling.)
