Grilled T-Bone Steaks Florentine

INGREDIENTS:
  1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 1/2 tablespoon balsamic or red wine vinegar
Salt
1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
1 garlic clove, minced
Freshly ground pepper
2 (3/4 to 1 inch) thick T-bone steaks

Serves: 2

DIRECTIONS:
1. Blend the first 6 ingredients in a shallow pan.
2. Add steaks, turning to coat both sides. Let marinate at least 1 hour.
3. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
4. Drain steaks and sprinkle with salt.
5. Place the steaks on the grill rack and cook to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Serve immediately.
