Goat Chops

INGREDIENTS:
  Desired number of 1 inch thick chops
 

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut the chops 1 inch thick.
2. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
3. Cover each chop with Dijon mustard.
4. Cook over coals (hickory coals preferred) until meat is just done. Be careful not to overcook.
