Goat Chops |
INGREDIENTS: |

Desired number of 1 inch thick chops
|
DIRECTIONS: |

1. |
Cut the chops 1 inch thick. |
|
2. |
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. |
|
3. |
Cover each chop with Dijon mustard. |
|
4. |
Cook over coals (hickory coals preferred) until meat is just done.
Be careful not to overcook. |
