Chicken and Gizzard Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
  4 chicken breasts, skinned, coarsely ground
2 lbs. gizzards, coarsely ground
2 cups rice
3 large onions, chopped
10 cloves garlic, chopped
3/4 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion tops, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook meat about 30 minutes in small amount of corn oil. Add onions. Cook to brown onions and meat.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Boil 2 cups of rice. Drain. Add rice to meat mixture and mix well.
