Beef Cubed

INGREDIENTS: |

4 - 5 pieces beef cubed steak
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Meat tenderizer
Pepper
Garlic powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup |
DIRECTIONS: |

1. |
Season cubed steak with meat tenderizer, pepper and garlic. |

2. |
Place in large frying pan with oil and brown on both sides. |
|
3. |
Pour off any excess oil. Add soups and cook for 20 minutes, stirring
often. |
|
4. |
Serve with rice or noodles. Do not add salt. |
