Shrimp Dish |
INGREDIENTS: |

1 lb of organic, raw shrimp, cleaned
1 lb of feta cheese, crumbled
1 lb of plum tomatoes, chopped
1/8 cup of olive oil
20 basil leaves, chopped basil
1/2 lemon |
DIRECTIONS: |

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. |

Place shrimp in a baking pan. On top of shrimp, place crumbled feta
cheese, chopped tomatoes and basil. Pour olive oil over mixture.
Squeeze 1/2 lemon on top. |

Bake 12 - 15 minutes. Serve over rice. |
