Baked Shrimp Dish

INGREDIENTS:
  1 lb of organic, raw shrimp, cleaned
1 lb of feta cheese, crumbled
1 lb of plum tomatoes, chopped
1/8 cup of olive oil
20 basil leaves, chopped basil
1/2 lemon

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Place shrimp in a baking pan. On top of shrimp, place crumbled feta cheese, chopped tomatoes and basil. Pour olive oil over mixture. Squeeze 1/2 lemon on top.
3. Bake 12 - 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
