Baked Kielbasa

INGREDIENTS:
  1 ring Polish Kielbasa
1 lb. can sauerkraut
Mashed potatoes
Mustard
1 egg

DIRECTIONS:
1. Rinse sauerkraut and squeeze dry. Spread sauerkraut in 9 inch round baking dish.
2. Cut Kielbasa in 6 equal pieces, then slit them lengthwise to lay flat. Spread mustard on cut side of Kielbasa and lay flat on top of sauerkraut.
3. Place mashed potatoes on top of Kielbasa and brush with beaten egg.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
