Baked Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS:
  16 chicken wings
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup canned chopped tomatoes with liquid
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS:
1. Wash the chicken wings and pat dry. In a skillet, saute chicken wings in melted butter until lightly browned. Arrange in oiled baking dish. Add tomatoes with liquid and celery.
2. In separate bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, and salt. Pour over the chicken.
3. Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes or until tender.
