Ingredients 2 eggs ½ cup plain bread crumbs 1/3 cup finely chopped celery 1 small onion - finally chopped 1 ½ tbls Worcestershire sauce 2 tbls tomato paste 2 generous tbls instant vegetable broth powder(frontier brand) 2 or 3 dashes of Tabasco brand Chipolte sauce ½ tsp poultry seasoning 1 tsp salt 1/8 to ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper 2 lbs. ground beef
1. Combine eggs, bread crumbs, celery, onion, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, vegetable broth powder and seasonings in bowl and mix well. 2. Add ground beef and mix well 3. Shape into 2 loaves 4. Place into 9 X 12 inch baking dish 5. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
